When it comes to Pool Service you want a company that
cares about your needs.
If you've dealt with larger companies you know what it's
like to call the office and the person answering the phone is not the person
that actually services your pool. So the office has to get in contact with the "pool technician" and find out what's going on then get back to you with
an answer. That doesn't happen with SUE BROWN.
Let's face it--the only thing essential about a
swimming pool is that the water be fresh and clean. Achieving this can involve
more chemistry than you may have seen since junior year in high school. Why take a chance of damaging the inside of
your car with Chlorine plus the time getting a water sample, going to the
pool store, waiting in line, then bringing back the chemicals that a person
standing behind the counter thinks your pool needs. That person doesn't know
your pool and many times doesn't ask the right questions to find out what's
going on with the pool, pump or filter. It's like trying to get a diagnosis
for your health over the internet. When you are a customer of ours, the same
person is at your pool week after week and has the chemicals on the truck
for fix almost any problem on the spot.
Chemical Service starts at $65.00 a month
includes all chemicals needed to balance your pool, brushing the walls when
needed and cleaning your Filter.
Full Service starts at
$85.00 month
includes all of the
above plus Cleaning the pool (netting, vacuuming, brushing walls,
steps and swim outs as needed)
Service is performed once a week and
billed monthly in advance.
Most people these days have
some type of automatic cleaner in their pool and that can save money on pool
service.
Most of our customers either have their own cleaner or we supply one for them
when they have full service.
As the pool owner the only
thing you need to do is maintain the water level
The
level should be in the middle of
the skimmer opening
for proper skimming and to make sure your pump doesn't run dry and damage it.
During summer months
you need your filter
system to run at least
8-10 hours a day.
All the chemicals in the world can't help stagnant water stay clear.
If we alert you to a problem
with your pool, (leaks, pump issues, filter, etc.) as the pool owner
please deal with the issue in an expedient manner. We're only as good as your
pool system allows us to be.
Leaking pools pose major water quality issues. If you are adding more than 1 or
2 inches per week during a dry period, you may have a leak. If we notify you of
a possible leak please be aware that the quality of your pool may be jeopardized
until it is resolved.
